4.1 Standard Single-Head Type

· Description: A robust, single-cutter arbor design.

· Benefit: Most economical solution with a compact footprint.

· Application: Batch production lines or lines with scheduled downtime.

4.2 Turret-Type (Dual-Head)

· Description: Each side is equipped with two cutter heads (A & B). While Head A is in operation, Head B is prepared offline. The unit rotates automatically to swap positions.

· Benefit: True non-stop production. No need to halt the line for blade changes.

· Application: High-throughput continuous lines (24/7 operations).

4.3 Automatic Rotary Knife Changer

· Description: An automated system that exchanges blades via a remote-controlled knife box. It automatically stacks old blades and retrieves new ones.

· Benefit: Maximum Safety & Speed. Operators perform changes from outside the safety fence. Gap and lap adjustments are automated.

· Application: Smart factories focusing on labor efficiency and safety compliance (CE Standard).
