Q1: What kinds of metal strips can your finishing equipment process?

A: Our complete production line equipment fits carbon steel, stainless steel, AHSS high-strength steel, aluminum alloy, titanium strip, copper strip and silicon electrical steel. The thickness range covers ultra-thin 0.02mm precision foil to 12.7mm thick pickling raw material, suitable for hot galvanizing line, continuous annealing line, silicon steel production line, cold rolling Recoil line and acid rolling line.

Q2: Can you design non-standard customized Tension Levelers and Multi-roll Straighteners according to our production line conditions?

A: Yes. Our R&D team with nearly 30 years metallurgical experience can customize machine width, speed, elongation, roll quantity and layout based on your factory space, strip material, target flatness tolerance and production capacity. We also supply modified Roll cassettes to renovate old imported leveling machines.

Q3: Is Xiangyang Jiade a real manufacturer or trading company?

Category 2: Tension Leveler & Scale breaker Technical Questions

Q4: What’s the difference between tension leveler and scale breaker?

A: Tension leveler mainly improves strip flatness, eliminates edge wave, center buckle and residual stress, applied to galvanizing, annealing, color coating lines. Scale breaker is designed for pickling front section; its heavy bending structure cracks oxide scale for easy acid cleaning, with larger bending force and thicker strip processing capacity.

Q5: Why choose 23-Roll tension leveler for ultra-thin stainless steel and silicon steel?

A: The 23-roll design adopts small-diameter Work Rolls with adjustable lower roll crown, which can fix local tiny flatness defects. It controls finished flatness within 3~5I, avoids strip surface indentation, perfectly matches precision thin strip below 0.8mm.

Q6: How to avoid strip breakage inside the galvanizing furnace after Tension Leveling?

A: Our tension leveler realizes precise elongation control to fully release internal residual stress of strips. Dry/wet dual models are optional; matched stable tension system ensures zero strip breakage during high-speed furnace operation.

Category 3: Side Trimmer & Drum Flying Shear (Shearing Equipment)

Q7: What advantages does turret double-head side trimmer have over single-head trimmer?

A: Turret structure equips two standby cutter heads, supporting online quick blade switching within 5 minutes without full-line shutdown, greatly lifting production efficiency. It keeps trimming width accuracy within ±0.2mm, effectively reduces burrs for silicon steel and coated steel strips.

Q8: What maximum line speed can your side trimmer reach?

A: Standard turret side trimmer maximum speed reaches 700m/min, with strict control of blade end face runout ≤0.003mm, applicable for high-speed continuous production lines.

Q9: What material range does drum flying shear adapt to?

A: It processes 0.3~4.0mm strip with maximum tensile strength 1180MPa, used for dynamic splitting, waste cutting and sampling at cold rolling mill outlet.

Category 4: Silicon Steel & Galvanized Coating Machine

Q10: What production lines are silicon steel coating machines suitable for?

A: Our silicon steel roller coaters specially match CA continuous annealing coating line, DCL decarburization annealing line and FCL hot leveling coating line, forming uniform insulating film to lower silicon steel eddy current loss.

Q11: What’s the function of galvanized line roller coater?

A: It coats passivation or fingerprint-resistant liquid on galvanized strip surface, forming protective film to improve corrosion resistance and prolong service life of galvanized finished products, core post-treatment equipment for hot-dip galvanizing lines.

Category 5: Precision Spare parts (Roll Cassette, Coupling, Non-standard bearing)

Q12: Can your roll cassettes replace imported SIEMENS-VAI, DANIELI and Mitsubishi Hitachi original parts?

A: Yes. Our R&D absorbs foreign mainstream roll cassette core technology, with identical assembly size, rigidity and waterproof performance. It can directly replace imported roll boxes for tension levelers, scale breakers and multi-roll levelers with lower cost and shorter delivery cycle.

Q13: What torque range do ball cage Couplings support?

A: Ball cage constant velocity universal couplings cover torque 380 N·m ~ 1,000,000 N·m, working angle from 0° to 75°, with shock absorption and stable transmission. We also supply drum spline couplings for low-speed high-torque narrow space installation.

Q14: Do you supply customized non-standard bearings for petroleum fracturing pumps?

A: We produce NU, NUP, NJ series cylindrical roller bearings for all types of fracturing pumps, fully replace imported bearings, support size customization according to pump model. We also provide back-up rolls and rotary joints for leveling machines.

Q15: What’s your delivery cycle for complete equipment and spare parts?

A: Standard spare parts like roll cassettes, couplings and bearings have stock; domestic delivery within 48 hours. Complete customized machines take 30–90 days based on specifications. We export to Asia, Europe and North America with full set of export packaging.

Q16: What after-sales service can you provide?

A: Full one-stop service: pre-sales technical drawing design, production tracking, overseas installation guidance, operator training, production commissioning (turnkey project), long-term technical consulting and spare parts supply. Our technical team provides remote video troubleshooting all year round.
