Working Principle

Under longitudinal tension, the strip enters the unit, passing through the first bending cassette where intense reverse bending initiates a network of cracks in the surface oxide scale. It then proceeds to the second bending cassette for further scale loosening. Finally, the strip passes through the vertically adjustable leveling cassette for final flattening. The vertical adjustment system allows precise setting of roll penetration depth, ensuring optimal descaling efficiency and flatness across various strip thicknesses and yield strengths.
