The whole wide strip is longitudinally divided into several narrow-width small steel coils of fixed width, then rewound into finished narrow coils through the recoiler.

  • Slitting Line: The whole processing process keeps the strip in coiled state, the finished product is still coil material, suitable for secondary deep processing downstream.

  • Cut-to-Length Line: The strip is completely uncoiled and cut into separate flat plates, no coiling process after cutting, finished products are directly stacked for delivery.

  • Slitting Line: High continuous running speed (80–180m/min), uninterrupted coiling and slitting, suitable for mass continuous narrow coil processing; speed fluctuation will not affect finished product size accuracy.

  • Cut-to-Length Line: Medium running speed (60–120m/min), needs short pause for cutting and stacking; the longer the customized plate length, the lower the comprehensive effective output.

  1. Slitting line tension leveler: Eliminate edge wave and central buckle of raw coil to avoid uneven slitting width and strip deviation during high-speed longitudinal cutting.
